    雪里红又名雪菜、春不老、皱叶芥菜。雪里红腌制后有一种特殊鲜味和香味,特别下饭好吃。

    Step 1

    把蔬菜洗干净,沥干水份。Wash vegetable and drain.

    Step 2

    将萝卜菜放上大盆排开,再加入指天椒,撒上粗海盐,用手轻轻按压,大约按压3至4次,至盐略溶出水,至萝卜菜柔软,待放1小时,至盐水沾透每一颗菜叶。Place the radish into big basin, add chili padi and sea salt, gently press 3 to 4 times until salt is dissolve and radish leaf is soft. Set aside for 1 hour until the salt water permeates each leaf.

    Step 3

    然后菜变成深青色,变得软身,拿一束上来,像扭毛巾般扭出水份。Soak until radish leaf is turn to drak green color and soft, take a bunch and twist till squeeze out all water.

    Step 4

    一束状的放在玻璃瓶里和指天椒紧密一起,最后放在冰箱里腌制3天就可以煮喜爱的美味菜肴了。Place the leaf into bottle together with chili, keep into fridge for 3 days, done.
